  • Business data you manage through our platform
  • Chat conversations with AI chatbot and customer support
  • Google account data when you connect Google Drive (read-only access to documents and spreadsheets you select)
  • Facebook and Instagram data when you connect your Pages (Page ID, page name, profile picture, messages, and comments received on your Pages)
  • WhatsApp messages when you connect your WhatsApp Business account

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our e-commerce and AI chatbot services
  • To process orders and manage your business
  • To import knowledge base content from Google Docs and Sheets (with your explicit consent)
  • To send and receive messages on your behalf via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp
  • To auto-reply to comments on your Facebook Page posts using AI
  • To communicate important updates about our services

3. Facebook and Instagram Data

When you connect your Facebook Page through our platform:

  • We receive a Page Access Token to send and receive messages on your behalf
  • We store incoming messages and comments for AI processing and conversation management
  • We do not access your personal Facebook profile data — only Page-level data you explicitly authorize
  • You can disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from the admin panel, which removes all stored tokens
  • We do not sell or share your Facebook data with third parties

4. Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only access Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets data that you explicitly select for import. We use this data solely to populate your AI chatbot's knowledge base. We do not share this data with third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and secure data storage to protect your information. API tokens and access credentials are stored encrypted.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by:

  • Disconnecting your Facebook/Instagram Page from the admin panel (removes all stored tokens and conversation data)
  • Disconnecting your Google account from the admin panel settings
  • Contacting us at [email protected] to request full account deletion
  • Visiting our Data Deletion page for instructions

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can disconnect your Google, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp accounts at any time through the admin panel settings.
