Data Deletion Instructions

Facebook / Instagram Data

If you have connected your Facebook Page or Instagram account to Tajir AI and want your data deleted:

1. Via Admin Panel (Recommended): Log into your Tajir AI admin panel, go to Chatbot → Settings, and click "Disconnect" on the Facebook connection card. This immediately removes all stored access tokens and conversation data.
2. Via Facebook Settings: Go to your Facebook Business Integrations settings, find "Tajir AI", and click "Remove". We will automatically delete your data when notified by Facebook.
3. Via Email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Facebook Page name or Page ID. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data We Delete

• Facebook/Instagram Page access tokens
• Messenger and comment conversation history
• Contact profiles created from Facebook interactions
• AI-generated responses stored for your conversations
• Webhook subscription configuration

Google Data

To remove Google Drive data, go to Chatbot → Data Sources in the admin panel and disconnect your Google account. All imported documents and spreadsheets will be removed from our knowledge base.

WhatsApp Data

To remove WhatsApp data, go to Chatbot → Settings → WhatsApp and disconnect your session. All conversation data and contact syncs will be removed.

Full Account Deletion

To delete your entire Tajir AI account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
